What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy describes how SpinLucki ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the SpinLucki™ Slot Tracker platform at spinlucki.com, and when you give us your email address on slottracker.ai to read The Spin. By using the platform you agree to the practices described here.

What We Collect

Account Information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and the name on your Google account. Your name is never shown on community features.

Email Address You Give Us. If you enter your email address on slottracker.ai to unlock The Spin, or give it to us when you create a SpinLucki account, we keep that address to send you the email described below.

Onboarding Responses. During setup we ask about your casino preferences, favorite slot machines, typical bet size and denomination, how often you visit, how long a typical visit lasts, your home casino, your playing experience and style, and the Slot Influencer you want to follow. You provide this voluntarily. It is used to personalize your analytics experience and to estimate your play value (see Estimated Play Value below).

Win Submissions. When you submit a slot win you provide the win amount, machine name, casino, session details, and optionally a photo. If the photo carries a date stamp, we read it to set the date of the win. All submitted win data is anonymized before it appears in community-facing features. Your identity is never attached to publicly displayed win records.

Subscription and Billing. When you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details. We retain your subscription tier, status, and transaction dates.

Usage Data. We collect standard technical data including your browser type, device type, and IP address. This is used for platform security and performance. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google's tag sets a cookie on spinlucki.com that holds the ad click identifier, so Google can count the sign-ups, subscriptions and applications that followed an ad. No win, trip or profile data is sent with it.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve the platform, personalize your analytics dashboard, process your subscription, communicate with you about your account, send the email described below, and display anonymized community win data. We do not sell or share your personal information.

Email We Send You

If you give us your email address, on slottracker.ai to unlock The Spin or when you create a SpinLucki account, we will send you The Spin and email about SpinLucki products, features, and offers.

Every one of these emails carries an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them. Unsubscribing does not stop the messages we must send about your account, such as receipts, trial and renewal notices, and notices of changes to our terms.

Anonymous Player ID

Every player profile is assigned an anonymous player ID in the format SL-[ADJECTIVE]-[NOUN]-[NUMBER]. This ID is used in all community-facing surfaces in place of your name or email. It is generated automatically and cannot be changed.

Estimated Play Value

Casinos value players by “theo” (theoretical value): a statistical estimate of a player’s worth to a casino, based on typical bet, pace of play, time on the floor and the house edge of the machines played. We calculate this estimate for you, as average daily theo and annual theo, from the answers you give during setup and, once you have logged at least five wins, from the bets on those wins. It is an estimate of value, not a record of what you won or lost.

Your Player Report. Members whose plan includes it can create a “Make Me an Offer” Player Proposal: their jackpot history and estimated play value in one file to give a casino host. The report is generated for you alone. We never send it to a casino; it reaches one only if you choose to hand it over.

Slot Influencers

During setup you choose a Slot Influencer to follow, and you may name any Slot Influencer on a Journey Card. You can change the Slot Influencer you follow at any time in My Account. A Slot Influencer sees aggregate figures about the players who follow them. These include their audience's estimated play value, as totals and ranges. A Slot Influencer may share these aggregate figures with a casino in a partnership proposal, where value figures appear only for groups of at least five players. They never see your name, email address, or individual win history.

Aggregate Data We License

We may share or license aggregate, de-identified data with casinos, game manufacturers, research partners, and similar businesses. For example: how many wins were logged on a machine title at a property, or where a Slot Influencer's audience plays. This data is not personal information and cannot reasonably be linked to you.

We keep this data in de-identified form, we do not attempt to re-identify anyone from it, and every business that receives it must agree by contract not to re-identify anyone. Individual player records are never shared with or licensed to these businesses.

Service Providers

We use service providers to run SpinLucki: Base44 (hosting and data storage), Google (sign-in and advertising measurement), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website delivery, security, and analytics), and Resend (email delivery). They process information only to provide their service to us.

Data Retention

We keep your account, profile, and win data while your account exists, including after a membership is cancelled, so your history is there if you return. We delete it when you ask us to (see Your Rights).

An email address given for The Spin is kept until you ask us to delete it; after you unsubscribe it is kept only to honor that choice. Anonymized win records already incorporated into community analytics may be retained in aggregate form, because they no longer identify you.

Your Rights

You may ask to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, or delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at legal@spinlucki.com. We will respond within 30 days. Members can also export their data from My Account; the export is emailed to the address on the account. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.

California Residents

California law gives you the rights described above: to know, to delete, and to correct your personal information, and not to be treated differently for using them. In the last 12 months we collected the categories described in What We Collect: identifiers (email address, name, IP address), commercial information (subscription records), internet activity (usage data), the content you submit (wins and photos), and inferences (your estimated play value, described above). We collect them from you, from Google when you sign in, and from Stripe when you pay, for the purposes described in this policy, and we disclose them only to the service providers named above.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we have not done so in the last 12 months. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf; we will verify the request before acting on it.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission and access controls. No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@spinlucki.com.

Children

SpinLucki is not directed at anyone under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at legal@spinlucki.com and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
